Vanessa M Cohn

Vanessa M. Cohn, 35, of Island Road, Esperance, NY, passed away Wednesday evening September 2, 2015 from injuries she sustained in a car accident on Route 30 in the Town of Duanesburg.

Born in Gloversville, NY on June 19, 1980, she was the daughter of Raymond Young and Betty Ann Brockhum who survive.

Vanessa received her education in the Johnstown school system and was a homemaker.

Vanessa was a member of the Broadalbin Baptist Church.

Vanessa is survived by her husband, Jeremiah A. Cohn Sr., one son, Ryan Young, two daughters, Zoey and Cloe Cohn, three stepdaughters, Lacy, Brittany and Shanya Cohn, three brothers, Ray Ray , Michael and Kyle Young, four sisters, Monica Stanton (Kit), Angel Poyfair, Jessica and Tamara Young her maternal grandmother, Betty Meyers, her brother in law, Stanley Cohn (Lori) aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews cousins and her best friend , Tina Richardson.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday September 8, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. the Riley Mortuary, Inc., 110 Division Street, Amsterdam, NY, 12010.

Cremation will follow at Park View Crematory, Schenectady, NY.

Calling hours are from 9 to 11 prior to the services at the Riley Mortuary.
