Thomas M Gardner

Thomas M. Gardner, 62 of Amsterdam, NY; passed away Thursday morning, June 18, 2020 at home.

Born in Detroit, Michigan on October 14, 1957, he was the son of the late James H. and Jane E. Whyland Gardner.

Tom received his education in the Amsterdam school system and was a graduate of Wilbur H. Lynch High School.

He was a manager at Miller Printing in Amsterdam until the onset of his illness.

Tom was an honorably discharged United States Navy veteran, serving from 1982 to 1989.

Tom is survived by one son Thomas M. Gardner II, of Amsterdam, two daughters, Ladona Webster of Amsterdam and MaKenzie Philo (Stephen) of Gansevoort, NY. One brother, James Gardner (Marlene) of Amsterdam, two sisters, Darlene Blakely (Michael) of Palm City, FL; and Linda Bottomley of Johnstown, NY; two grandchildren, Sabrina and Matthew Webster. Nieces and nephews also survive.

Cremation was held at Park View Crematory in Schenectady

Tom requested all services are private at the convenience of the family
