Theresa May Malley

Theresa May Malley, 95, died March 29, 2025.

Born in Amsterdam, NY on July 26, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Gertrude Gatchell Busseno.

Theresa retired from Esquire Novelties and also worked for Miller’s Mens and Boys Store in Amsterdam.

She was a communicant of St. Mary’s Church in Galway, NY

Theresa was predeceased by her husbands Louis LoSasso and Maurice Malley.

She is survived by her children, Louis W. LoSasso (Mariann), Paul LoSasso (Doreen), Chris Malley, Theresa Sagarese (Joseph), Danny Malley, Dawn West (Tom) and Terrance Malley (Sherry), twenty grandchildren, forty great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren. Nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

Theresa was also predeceased by her brothers, Edward, Howard and Warren Busseno.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the family on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 from 4 to 7 pm at the Riley Mortuary, 110 Division Street, Amsterdam, NY 12010 and to attend a Mass of Christian Burial, which will be celebrated Wednesday, April 2, 2025  at 9 am at St. Mary's Church, 2113 East Street, Galway, NY 1207

Interment will take place at Fairview Cemetery in Amsterdam.
