Theresa Conti

Theresa Ina Conti, 89, of Wilkinson Residential Healthcare Facility, Amsterdam, NY; passed away Thursday morning December 4, 2014.

Born in Australia on May 30, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Ina Harrison Carty.

Theresa received her education in Australia and received her B.S. Degree from Empire College in Albany, NY.

She was employed as Program Manager at Montgomery County Office For The Aging in Amsterdam.

Theresa also was a very successful and well-respected realtor for several different real-estate companies
.
Theresa was a parishioner and communicant of St. Mary’s Church in Amsterdam.

She is survived by two sons, Antone Conti (Helene) of Englewood, FL; and Terrence Conti of Amsterdam, NY; two daughters, Lisa Greco (Michael) and Marlana Conti all of Amsterdam, one brother, Frank Carty of Fort Meyers, FL; three grandchildren, Ciara, Ashley and Michael Greco, one great granddaughter, Penelope and several nieces and nephews in Australia.

Theresa was also predeceased by a son Sean Conti and her sister, Charmaine Murphy.

Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.

There are no calling hours.
