Sandra Joyce Cranmer

Sandra Joyce McWilliams Cranmer, 90, of Coconut Creek, Fl; passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021 at Florida Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale FL.

Born in Amsterdam, NY on December 5, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Robert A. and Jane E. Krueger McWilliams.

Sandra received her education in the Amsterdam school system and was a graduate of Wilbur H. Lynch Senor High School. She received her Bachelor of Science in Art and her Master of Science in Education from the State University of New York, College at Buffalo

She retired from Griffith Institute in Springville, NY; where she was an art teacher for Twenty years. She had many students who were inspired by her teaching. She enjoyed and was accomplished in Watercolor painting.

Sandra is survived by her son, Keith Cranmer (Linda Jean) of Berkeley, CA, her daughter, Sue Izzo (Paul) grandchildren, Skyler John Cranmer (Mirjam) and her great granddaughter, Joana Rose Cranmer all of Switzerland, Lillian Pearl Cranmer, Silas Kaziu Cranmer and Cheri Izzo, cousin Beth Krueger and special friends, Arthur Thomas Savage, Marlene Shelmadine, Anita Spudeck and Tina Dukeshire. Nieces and nephews also survive.

Sandra was also predeceased by her son, Mark Cranmer.

Relatives and friend are invited to a graveside service, which will be held Friday, November 19, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery, Steadwell Avenue, Amsterdam, NY.
