Ryan P Cionek

Ryan P. Cionek, 38, of County Highway 126, Broadalbin, NY; passed away Monday September 9, 2019 at St. Mary’s Healthcare in Amsterdam, NY.

Born in Amsterdam on July 29, 1981, he was the son of Gregory P. Cionek and Wendy Johnson Cappello.

Ryan received his education in the Amsterdam school system. Ryan was employed as a foreman for Adirondack Beverages in Scotia, NY, until the onset of his illness.

He was a brother of the Road Dragons Motorcycle Club.

Ryan is survived by his mother, Wendy of Broadalbin, father, Gregory of Amsterdam, two brothers, Michael Cionek (Tina) of Schenectady, NY; and Daniel Cionek of Broadalbin, one sister, Alisha Cionek of Amsterdam, niece, Shanleigh, nephew, Daniel Cionek Jr., and great nephew, Conner Larimore. Uncles and cousins also survive.

Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon, September 14, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the Riley Mortuary, Inc., 110 Division Street, Amsterdam, NY. 12010 with Rev. Jeffrey L’Arche, M.S. officiating.

Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fort Johnson, NY.

Relatives and friends may call on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. prior to the service.
