Patricia O'Sullivan

Patricia A. O’Sullivan, 81, of Winner Circle, Albany, NY; passed away Tuesday evening January 2, 2012 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, NY.

Born in Manhattan, NY, on September 7, 1930, she was the daughter of the late William and Anne Donahue Dennin.

Patricia received her education at St. Agnes Catholic School in Rockville Center, NY. She attended Fordham University and Finch College in New York City, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree.

Patricia was the proprietor of Cloisterie Adult Home in Fultonville, NY, for 28 years.

She was a parishioner and communicant of St. Cecilia Church in Fonda, NY and also attended mass at Auriesville Shrine. Patricia was an avid reader. She loved painting, gardening and music.

Patricia is survived by two sons, James J. O’Sullivan (Doreen) of Ancramdale, NY; and Cornelius O’Sullivan of Palo Alto, CA; three daughters, Patricia A. Vincent (Joseph M.) of Pine Plains, NY, Tara M. Sheehan (Daniel P.) of Tribes Hill, NY, and Teresa Deviney VanHeusen (Matthew) of Georgetown, NY., seven grandchildren, Alicia Anne Vincent, Michael Vincent, Shawn O’Sullivan, James P., Matthew T., and Daniel C. Sheehan and Matthew N. VanHeusen, one sister, Anne Ruppel and a great granddaughter, Gabriella O’Sullivan. Nieces and nephews also survive.

Patricia was predeceased by one brother William Dennin

Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 on Friday January 6, 2012 at St. Cecilia Church, Broadway in Fonda, NY.

Calling hours are Thursday from 5 to 8 at the Riley Mortuary, Inc. 110 Division Street, Amsterdam, NY. 12010.

Interment will be at St. Cecilia Cemetery in Fonda, NY
