Lyman C. Bartlett

Lyman C. Bartlett, 46, of Palatine Bridge, NY; passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at Wynn Hospital in Utica, NY.


Born in Amsterdam, NY on November 5, 1977, he is a son of Lyman E. (Katherine) Bartlett and Carol Robinson.


Lyman was a graduate of Canajoharie Central School and was employed by JJP Slipforming, Inc. of Middleburgh, NY.


Lyman was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Lodge 853, Canajoharie and the Canajoharie Fish & Game Club.


He was a hard worker and was always willing to help everyone. He also loved the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, ice fishing, camping and dirt car racing with his sons and family.


Along with his parents, Lyman E.(Katherine) Bartlett and Carol Robinson, Lyman is survived by two sons, Lyman T. and Broderick Bartlett both of Palatine Bridge and one daughter, Katelynn Bartlett of Queensbury, NY, two brothers, Charles Bartlett and Chad (Maggie) Bartlett, five sisters, Stephanie (Matt) Battisti, Amy Bartlett, Kimberly Bartlett, Jamie Bartlett and Billie Jo Bartlett, grandmother,Victoria Robinson, twelve nieces and nephews, special cousins “brothers” Kurtis (Taya) Hohensheldt, Kaden Hohensheldt, Greg (Sue) and Brian (Jen) Pessolano, also by many aunts, uncles and cousins as well as his JJP family.


Lyman was also predeceased by his grandparents, Roscoe Robinson, Lyman C. Bartlett and Angelina Herringshaw as well as uncles, Duke, Roscoe and Lewis.


In lieu of flowers, donations can be made for the care of his sons at NBT Bank under Amy Bartlett and Stephanis Battisti’s names or a venmo has been set up as well @Amy-Bartlett-68 or mailed to P.O. Box 53, Fonda, NY 12068 ℅ Amy Bartlett


A Celebration of Life will take place on July 20, 2024 from 3 to 7 at 633 Indian Road, Fort Plain, NY 13339 with a small service at 2:30 with Pastor Brian Bartlett officiating. www.rileymortuaryinc.com
