Kathleen Drenzek

Kathleen Drenzek, 60, of County Highway 107, Fort Johnson, NY; passed away unexpectedly Wednesday February 1, 2017 in Port Charlotte, Florida.

Born in Amsterdam, NY, on September 26, 1956, she was the daughter of Terrance and Betty Lou McClary Mahoney.

Kathleen received her education in the Amsterdam school system and graduated from Wilbur H. Lynch high School.

Kathleen was employed as a Health Administrator for St. Mary’s Healthcare Clinic in Amsterdam.

Kathleen is survived by her parents, two daughters, Colleen Conway and Tara Drenzek, one brother, Terrance Mahoney, six sisters, Elizabeth Mahoney, Maggie Nolan, Susan Grasso, Mary Greenwood, Shannon Hoagcamp and Heather Bloss, two grandchildren, Mickey and Braiden Conway. Nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

Funeral services will be held Friday February 10, 2017 at 1:30 at the Riley Mortuary, Inc., 110 Division Street, Amsterdam, NY 12010.

Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fort Johnson, NY.

Relatives and friends are invited to call from 10:30 to 1:30 prior to the service.
