James M. Quinn

James M. Quinn, 88, of Voorhees Road, Town of Perth died Tuesday, November 8, 2022.

Jim was born in Amsterdam on November 2, 1934 to the late Mark and Florence Pepper Quinn.

He graduated from St. Mary’s Institute, Amsterdam, and was a truck driver for many years with Cranesville Block Co.

Jim was an honorably discharged United States Navy veteran.

Surviving are his wife, Marilyn Sievert Quinn whom he married on July 11, 1959,

sons, Gary C. Quinn (Bridgit Danise), Michael J. Quinn (Janet Parillo), and James P. Quinn (Sue Rulison), daughter Kelly Leonard, brother, Lewis Quinn (Annette), grandson, Aaron Leonard, nieces and nephews.

Jim was also predeceased by a brother John Quinn and son-in-law, David A. Leonard.

Calling hours are Saturday morning, November 12, 2022 from 9:00 to to 11:00 at the Riley Mortuary, Inc., 110 Division Street, Amsterdam, NY 12010 followed by a funeral service with the Very Rev. O. Robert DeMartinis, E.V. officiating.
