Eric M. Pelcher

Eric M. Pelcher, Sr., 58, of Amsterdam, NY passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2023.

Born in Schenectady, NY on November 1, 1964, to the late Lawrence and Marjorie Lis Pelcher.

Eric graduated from Galway High School.

He was an ordained minister with Universal Life Church Ministries and a lieutenant with the Fort Johnson Volunteer Fire Department

Eric was the proprietor of Four Seasons Mechanical - HVAC Systems.

Eric is survived by his children, Eric M. Pelcher Jr. of Amsterdam, Jessica Pelcher of Amsterdam and Brianna Cooper (Jake) of Esperance, NY; and Matthew Pelcher of the state of NJ; brothers, Stan Pelcher (Kathy) of Broadalbin, NY; Ken Pelcher of Glens Falls, NY and his twin brother, Edward Pelcher (Yon Hui) of the state of CA; five grandchildren, Edward Harrison, Magnolia Cooper, Travis Cooper, “Princess” Ella Pelcher, Kyla Cooper and his children’s mother, Stephanie Pelcher. Nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Eric’s family Tuesday, September 26, 2023 10:00 am to noon at the funeral home.

A brief service will immediately follow visitation with Rev. Kent McHeard officiating.
