I’m so sad to hear of your passing sweet and sassy Joanie! I knew you since I was a little girl at Marie Curie when you worked with my Grandma Connie and mom Nancy, and when I got to work with with you at McNulty I was tickeled! You were always dressed beautifully with hair just right and perfect nails and jewelry. Your lunches made me jealous, especially when you’d unwrap hotdogs with all the Fixins’! And you’ll forever be my favorite Staff Christmas gift of premade mini Brandy Alexanders in cute little mason jars! I loved seeing you out with your girlfriends every weekend at Raindancer or La Cuccina. Always flirting with the cute boys! I absolutely adored you. May you Rest In Peace but still raise a little he!! up there in Heaven! Darlene you are in my thoughts and prayers. Your mom was a legend and you were both so lucky to have had one another! All My Love,
Sara Mattas-Derrico
